Fully Remote | £70,000 - £100,000 + Performance Incentives + Genuine Equity Pathway
This is a rare opportunity to help build the next phase of growth for a business that has seen huge success. We're working with a fast-growing premium consumer brand business operating across multiple brands within a category experiencing significant growth and consumer momentum. The business has built a strong reputation, a loyal customer base and an impressive revenue run rate. With clear plans to double in size over the next 12 months, they're now looking for a commercially minded operator to join the founders and help build the infrastructure, systems and decision-making processes needed for the next stage of growth.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building from first principles and having genuine influence over how a business scales.
The Opportunity
Working directly alongside the founders, you'll take ownership of operations and finance across the business. One day you could be improving inventory planning and supplier performance. The next, you'll be building reporting that helps drive better commercial decisions or optimising working capital to unlock growth. You'll have responsibility across supply chain, inventory, forecasting, purchasing, logistics, cash flow, reporting and team leadership, while playing a key role in shaping the future direction of the business. For the right person, there is a genuine pathway towards equity participation and a long-term strategic role within the leadership team.
What You'll Own
- Operations & Supply Chain
- Inventory management across multiple brands and channels
- Demand forecasting and purchasing decisions
- Supplier and manufacturer relationships
- Production planning and stock availability
- Logistics and fulfilment performance
- Building scalable systems that support future growth
- Finance & Commercial Performance
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Financial reporting and business visibility
- Supplier negotiations and commercial terms
- Supporting strategic business decisions through data and insight
- Working closely with external finance partners and accountants
- Team Leadership
- Leading a small but high-performing team
- Creating a culture of accountability and ownership
- Identifying future hiring and capability needs
- Developing processes that enable scale
What We're Looking For
You may already be a Head of Operations, Senior Operations Manager, Commercial Operations Lead or similar within an FMCG, consumer, food, eCommerce, subscription or high-growth business. Most importantly, you'll be someone who:
- Spots problems before they become expensive
- Loves creating structure where none exists
- Is commercially sharp and comfortable with numbers
- Understands inventory, forecasting and working capital
- Enjoys building rather than maintaining
- Thrives in fast-moving entrepreneurial environments
- Can move comfortably between strategy and execution
Why This Role?
- ✔ Fully remote working
- ✔ Direct access to founders and decision making
- ✔ Huge scope to shape the business
- ✔ Broad operational and commercial ownership
- ✔ Fast-growth environment with significant headroom
- ✔ Meaningful performance incentives
- ✔ Genuine long-term equity opportunity
This is an opportunity for someone who has wondered whether they could have a bigger impact than their current role allows. If you're energised by building businesses rather than simply operating within them, we'd love to hear from you.
