Ready to stop maintaining supply chains and start building one?

We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger food brands.

Over the last few years they've gone from an ambitious start-up to becoming a nationally listed brand, stocked in Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Co-op and Ocado, with exciting plans to continue scaling both in the UK and internationally.

Now they're looking for a Supply Chain Planner who wants far more than forecasting and purchase orders.

This is a genuine ownership role.

You'll become the person responsible for the upstream supply chain, working directly with the Operations Director to build the systems, supplier relationships and planning capability that will support the next stage of growth.

If you've ever wanted to step into a role where your ideas are listened to, your decisions have real commercial impact and you can genuinely shape how a business operates, this is it.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of

  • End-to-end upstream supply planning
  • Forecasting and production planning
  • Supplier and manufacturer relationships
  • Capacity planning as the business continues to scale
  • Commercial negotiations with suppliers
  • Supporting exciting NPD launches
  • Identifying opportunities to improve cost, efficiency and resilience across the supply chain
  • You'll work cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial and Product teams, making sure the supply chain keeps pace with a business that's growing quickly.
  • Who we're looking for
  • You'll ideally have 3–5 years' experience within Supply Chain Planning, Supply Planning or Production Planning in FMCG, food & drink or another fast-moving consumer business.
  • More importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong supplier relationships and thinking commercially, not just operationally.
  • You'll be naturally curious, proactive and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing challenger brand.

Why this opportunity?

  • βœ” Genuine ownership from day one
  • βœ” Direct access to senior leadership
  • βœ” Huge influence over how the supply chain evolves
  • βœ” Fast-growing challenger brand with ambitious plans
  • βœ” Hybrid working
  • βœ” Unlimited holiday
  • βœ” Monthly team socials

βœ” And yes... unlimited delicious product!

If you're looking for a role where you can make a visible impact, develop quickly and help build something special, we'd love to hear from you.
