We're looking for someone who genuinely understands what makes a brand interesting.

I'm working confidentially with an exciting founder led challenger food business looking for a seriously creative marketer to join its growing team.

  • They want someone who lives and breathes brands, content and culture.
  • Someone who notices the new café everyone suddenly seems to be visiting.
  • Who understands why one Tik Tok works and another feels painfully forced.
  • Who spots creators, formats, conversations and trends early.
  • And most importantly, someone who can take an idea and actually make it happen.
  • This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative marketer with challenger brand experience who wants the freedom to experiment, create and have a visible impact on brands with ambitious growth plans.

What will you actually do?

• A bit of everything!

  • One day you might be brainstorming ideas with the marketing team.
  • The next you could be filming content around London, visiting cafés, meeting customers, running a sampling activation or bringing a collaboration to life.
  • You’ll create content for Tik Tok and Instagram, develop activations, work with creators and partners, support launches and find interesting ways to put the brands into conversations that matter.

You'll have the freedom to come into the business and say

"I've got an idea…"

And if it's good, you'll be encouraged to go and make it happen.

You'll get involved in

  • Creating original short form content across Tik Tok, Instagram and emerging platforms
  • Developing creative concepts that people genuinely want to watch and share
  • Getting out across London to film and capture spontaneous content
  • Spotting emerging food, wellness, social and cultural trends
  • Creating pop ups, sampling campaigns, events and real world brand activations
  • Developing collaborations with cafés, creators, founders, wellness businesses and other interesting partners
  • Coming up with unconventional ideas and creative stunts that get the brands noticed
  • Building communities around the brands
  • Supporting product launches, shoots and campaigns
  • Working alongside Sales to identify interesting commercial and partnership opportunities
  • Looking at what's working, learning quickly and making the next idea even better
  • You'll be trusted to take projects from the initial spark through to execution.

Who are we looking for?

Challenger brand experience matters.

  • You'll have at least two years' relevant marketing experience and have worked directly within a challenger food, drink, wellness, lifestyle or closely related consumer brand.
  • You understand the energy, resourcefulness and pace required to build a brand without enormous advertising budgets or endless agency support.
  • Beyond that, we're looking for someone with genuine creative instinct.
  • You're naturally curious about brands and culture.
  • You spend far too much time on Tik Tok and Instagram, but can legitimately claim it's research.
  • You know what's getting attention right now and have good judgement about which trends a brand should actually touch.
  • You're comfortable picking up a phone and filming.
  • You're happy appearing in content when it makes sense.
  • You can approach someone you've never met and start a conversation.
  • You're interested in London's food, café, wellness and cultural scene.
  • You have opinions about which brands are doing brilliant work.
  • And you've got
