  • Drive performance: Define and manage supplier KPIs across quality, service, innovation, and value.
  • Enable growth: Support the setup of our new production site, ensuring supplier readiness and alignment.
  • Fuel innovation: Partner with NPD and EPD teams to deliver sourcing strategies for new and evolving products.
  • Manage risk: Identify and mitigate supply risks during periods of growth and change.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Finance, Technical, Operations, and Marketing to ensure smooth launches and informed decisions.
  • Lead with care: Mentor and support the Purchasing Administrator, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in procurement, ideally in organic, natural, or premium food manufacturing
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of successful negotiations and supplier partnerships
  • Experience with KPIs, supplier performance management, and cost forecasting
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
  • Structured, data-informed approach to reporting and decision-making
  • High-growth mindset: agile, entrepreneurial, and process-oriented
  • Passion for organic, sustainable food and a drive to create meaningful impact

(Bonus if you’re familiar with Unleashed or Google Workspace tools.)
