Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Housekeeper located in Kegworth. The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, managing laundry services, ensuring rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, training and supervising housekeeping staff, and ensuring first-class customer service is consistently delivered. Additionally, maintaining organization and handling any guest inquiries related to housekeeping will be key tasks.

• Experience with laundry and organization skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to train and supervise staff
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Duty Management

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
