We are looking for a versatile, creative and detail‑oriented Assistant Manager, Community Engagement and Admissions to join our Marketing and Admissions team. Reporting directly to the Community Engagement and Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in the College’s student admissions and other marketing functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and refining marketing and admissions strategies; and monitor admissions trends and key performance metrics.
- Consolidate admissions leads from all sources and perform daily follow‑ups to maintain high levels of applicant engagement.
- Handle the admission hotline and oversee all enquiry channels including WhatsApp, website, email, expos, and other outreach platforms.
- Act as the primary contact in processing applications in a timely manner, including coordinating admission interviews, preparing all admissions documents, reports, and promotional materials.
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant units across the College to support the admissions exercise.
- Support to design and implement student recruitment initiatives, including admissions events, school onsite admission events, exhibitions, and diverse marketing events across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international markets.
- Maintain accurate admissions data and compile admissions related reports and analysis regularly.
- Manage and systematically update the prospective student and institutional database to track engagement and support outreach efforts.
- Other ad hoc support to the department as assigned by the College.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- At least 4 years’ relevant work experience in Business Administration or education‑related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in digital tools and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Can‑do attitude, meticulous and organized, self‑driven and motivated, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Approachable and a team player.
Immediate availability is preferred.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
Initial appointment will normally be made on a renewable 24+ months contract. Remuneration is competitive and will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. The College offers group medical insurance and dental, staff development support and leave provisions (annual leave, birthday leave, college leave, etc) to eligible appointee. Appointee will undergo a Medical Examination and the Sexual Conviction Record Check. Personal data collected will be used for recruitment‑related purposes only.
