We are looking for a strategic and results-driven eCommerce Marketing Lead to accelerate our growth in the UK.
Responsibilities
- This is a high-impact role responsible for leading eCommerce marketing across YETI's direct-to-consumer channels in the UK.
- As the eCommerce Marketing Lead, you will own and execute strategies on site to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth while elevating our brand presence across key markets.
- Reporting to the eCommerce Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will work cross-functionally with development, supply chain, logistics, and business operations teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and business results.
- Own the performance of the YETI UK Website, highlighting opportunities for improved performance across the site.
- Own the execution of the Global trade plan on the UK site.
- Own the optimization of Site Search & on-site recommendations maximizing the opportunities for personalization and placement performance on site.
- Develop & run localized marketing opportunities, supplementing global calendar with additional moments to maximize revenue opportunity in marketing.
- Brief and tailor localization opportunities to channel team members to optimise/amplify localized opportunities across Email, paid media and on-site content (Banners, lifestyle styles etc).
- Own website content, ensuring the site is optimized for conversion, engaging storytelling, and seamless UX/UI.
- Work closely with the development team to execute site enhancements, A/B testing, and technical optimizations that improve performance and user experience.
- Leverage analytics and performance data to optimise site campaigns & performance, identify opportunities, and drive business decisions.
- KPI reporting and forecasting generating insights for trends, changes, and deviations from expected performance and forecasts.
- Work as part of the eCom team for QA and oversee quality of execution on site.

- An ability to write copy in line with brand guidelines and adapt to the UK market when needed.
- Prepared to get involved in anything related to the site and test/optimise the method to execute any work required to deliver a strong on-site experience.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in eCommerce marketing.
- Proven track record of driving growth in a direct-to-consumer eCommerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics, GA4), marketing automation tools, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
- Highly organized with experience in project management tools.
- Experience working with development teams to implement site improvements and enhance digital experiences.
- Confidence in Commercial KPIs and forecasting site performance.
- Experience in Shopify expected.
