YETI Europe is seeking a CRO Specialist to own end-to-end conversion rate optimisation across our digital experience.

You will lead experiments, analyze behavioural data, and collaborate with Product, UX, Content, and Engineering to turn insights into tangible improvements.

You will build CRO capability, shape a test-and-learn culture, and contribute to the product and content roadmap with a bias toward revenue opportunities across European customers.
