As Account Marketing Specialist, your role will be to help facilitate sell-through of YETI products in YETI’s wholesale channel and be a big part of YETI being presented in a premium manner. You are responsible for developing and executing the right marketing plans for the UK YETI dealers offline and online, working closely with the EMEA Account Marketing team to ensure an on brand and on time delivery of our seasonal stories and evergreen content. The aim of your role is to create valuable retail marketing stories for the YETI dealers in your region and work closely with the sales agent to align on annual account marketing plans.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and maintain the UK YETI dealer relationships from an account marketing perspective, in close cooperation and alignment with the responsible sales agent(s).
  • Be the first point of contact for marketing related questions and requests from our dealers.
  • Create bespoke account marketing plans for the dealers in your region, including their seasonal instore presence, online presence and generic YETI appearance.
  • Develop creative briefs and work with internal and external resources to bring the projects to life.
  • Work with the UK sales team to make sure all needs are considered.
  • Ensure close collaboration with the EMEA Account marketing team to make sure tools are delivered on time.
  • Build a reporting structure to report on campaign execution, successes and ROI.
  • Discover local opportunities to increase our YETI footprint in existing stores.
  • Ensure our YETI brand identity is upheld in all online and offline retail channels of your region.
  • Work with Key Accounts to increase our presence online in the form of elevated brand stores and brand presence on relevant website slots.
  • Create year-round marketing plans with the YETI Key Accounts.
  • Help optimize marketing programs in partnership with the Account Marketing Team.
  • Frequent store visits to tighten retailer relationships, discover new insights and opportunities.
  • Lead & coordinate retail-based events & trade shows.
  • Help manage the UK retail seeding budget.
  • Own sample order process for UK Sales agents.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities in your market.
  • Support, audit and measure the effectiveness of account plans, events and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify future market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant Retail Marketing or VM Experience.
  • Good understanding of brand building and integrated marketing approaches.
  • Proven experience with marketing & communications mix in an international environment.
  • Understanding and knowledge of administrative marketing.
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Able to generate new ideas and creative solutions.
  • Driven & energetic, trend-conscious.
  • Flexibility to work on own initiative or within team and cross-functional framework.
  • Strong communicator and personable.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable.
  • Service-oriented and enjoy working with people.
  • Fluency in English; other European language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Genuine interest in the outdoors and the YETI lifestyle.
  • Must have the right to work in England at the time of application.
