About the Role
We are hiring Junior Test Analysts, Test Analysts, and Senior Test Analysts with strong experience in the Payments domain. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in payment schemes and solid exposure to manual testing in banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Write detailed test scenarios and test scripts for features and user stories
- Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define, review, and approve test scenarios
- Create and maintain manual test cases using JIRA/Zephyr
- Manage and prepare test data required for execution
- Set up and support test environments for different testing phases
- Prepare test artefacts such as Test Plans and test documentation
- Execute test cases, log defects, and track them to closure
- Ensure testing activities are completed within defined timelines
- Provide regular updates to Test Manager / Delivery Lead as per delivery cadence
- Ensure compliance with banking standards, controls, and approved tools
- Support training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer for new team members
- Maintain quality standards and contribute to improving team capability

- Strong experience in Payments domain (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with payment schemes such as:
- Faster Payments
- BACS
- CHAPS
- SEPA
Role Differentiation (Based on Experience)
- Junior Test Analyst (2–4 Years): Basic understanding of testing concepts, Ability to write and execute test cases with guidance
- Test Analyst (4–6 Years): Independent test execution and defect management, Strong experience in payments testing and stakeholder coordination
- Senior Test Analyst (6–8 Years): End-to-end ownership of testing activities, Experience in test planning, mentoring juniors, and managing deliverables
