We are hiring Junior Test Analysts, Test Analysts, and Senior Test Analysts with strong experience in the Payments domain. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in payment schemes and solid exposure to manual testing in banking environments.
- Create and maintain manual test cases using JIRA/Zephyr
- Manage and prepare test data required for execution
- Set up and support test environments for different testing phases
- Ensure testing activities are completed within defined timelines
- Support training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer for new team members
- Maintain quality standards and contribute to improving team capability
Experience in manual testing within banking or financial services is required, along with an understanding of SDLC / STLC and Agile methodologies.
Junior Test Analyst (2–4 Years): Basic understanding of testing concepts.
Test Analyst (4–6 Years): Strong experience in payments testing and stakeholder coordination.
Senior Test Analyst (6–8 Years): End-to-end ownership of testing activities, experience in test planning, mentoring juniors, and managing deliverables.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30 days notice period preferred.
