We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in the Payments domain to lead and manage testing activities for banking/payment systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payment schemes and proven leadership in managing testing teams and delivery.
- Plan and manage testing activities in alignment with the HB Test Manager and Delivery Lead.
- Ensure all testing complies with bank controls, standards, and approved tools.
- Manage end-to-end test lifecycle including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Work with tools like JIRA / Zephyr for test management and tracking.
- Excellent understanding of testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30 days notice period preferred.
