One of the most exciting early-stage AI companies in London right now is looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of how people work. This is a genuinely rare opportunity. The co-founder is a designer, the product is already loved by thousands of people in tech, and the team is small enough that you'll have real ownership over where things go next.
They are not looking for someone to execute a backlog. They want a builder — someone who thrives in the space between "wild idea" and "shipped feature", and who's as comfortable jumping into Cursor or Claude Code as they are sweating the typography on a final interaction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working directly with engineers to define and ship new features
- Prototyping quickly with AI tools
- Spending real time with users
- Raising the bar on craft across a product people use for hours every day
You’re probably someone who:
- Has shipped beautifully designed products at a senior or staff level
- Loves open-ended tooling problems, not just linear flows
- Knows when to move fast and when to obsess over the details
- Is genuinely curious about AI and stays on the bleeding edge of new tools
- Measures success by what shipped, not what’s in Figma
The package: £120k - £160k + meaningful equity, generous parental leave, private health.
