YESS (Your Employment Settlement Service) is a not-for-profit employment law charity with a clear mission: resolving workplace disputes without litigation. We’re known for our constructive, non-confrontational approach. We’re looking for a qualified solicitor to join our team and help us meet rising demand. Our clients range from senior executives to individuals on low or no income. Around 15% of our work is grant-funded, supporting those who couldn’t otherwise afford legal advice. The rest is funded by private clients, with fees based on ability to pay, creating a diverse and rewarding caseload.

This is a fast-paced role where your expertise will make a real difference. You’ll be part of a team that values empathy, creativity, and practical problem-solving. If you’re passionate about employment law and want to work in a way that puts people first, we’d love to hear from you.

Terms and Conditions

  • Salary: up to £48,000 per annum plus pension dependent on experience
  • Hours: negotiable - min 3 days
  • Bonus: Discretionary bonus dependent on organisational performance
  • Holidays: 6 weeks’ holiday plus public holidays
