Role Overview
The European Tour group is one of the world’s pre‑eminent golf organisations.
This role will lead the delivery of key sponsorship programs across the DP World Tour and Hotel Planner Tour, managing day‑to‑day partner relationships, bringing sponsorship activations to life, and ensuring contractual rights are delivered.
What You'll Do
- Manage sponsor accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractual commitments.
- Foster strong relationships with sponsors, agencies and internal teams through proactive communication.
- Maintain positive working relationships with key sponsor contacts, managing expectations and identifying opportunities to enhance partnerships.
- Plan, project‑manage and deliver on‑site activations for multiple tournament partners.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports, presentations and communications to update stakeholders and demonstrate partnership value.
- Oversee sponsorship‑related invoicing, budget tracking and other financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 3‑5 years of experience in sponsorship or account management, ideally from a rights holder, agency or brand background.
- Proven track record of managing multiple sponsorship activations and events within sports sponsorship.
- Experience managing internal teams and external partners to deliver effective sponsorship programmes.
- First‑hand experience working on‑site at events or within a sponsorship‑led business.
- Familiarity with financial processes, invoicing and reporting within a sponsorship or marketing function.
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.
- Adaptability and initiative in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
