Golf Operations Manager – Sherborne Golf Club
Sherborne Golf Club is seeking an ambitious, highly organised and customer‑focused Golf Operations Manager to lead and develop all aspects of the golf operation, drive revenue through the club’s green fee, practice facilities and the new Trackman range, and enhance the experience for members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Pro Shop and Golf Operations team
- Deliver exceptional member and visitor experiences
- Oversee competitions, visitor golf and club events
- Manage the Trackman Range and practice facilities
- Drive retail performance and stock control
- Collaborate effectively with the Course, Office and F&B teams
- Identify commercial and sponsorship opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in golf operations, club management or a related golf hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative capability
- Outstanding customer service standards
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Confidence using modern golf and business systems
