RESPONSIBILITIES:

• -Production management
• -Ideation
• -Manage the full production pipeline
• -24+ original long-form productions
• -100+ short-form videos a year
• -Brief and book freelance crew
• -Manage production budget per video and across the channel

REQUIREMENTS:

• -You've produced YouTube content from scratch
• -You know how to operate lean
• -Strong post skills
• -You understand YouTube as a platform
• - Organised to a fault
