Junior Product Developer

Manors Golf Apparel is seeking a Junior Product Developer to support the development of its product range, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and timely delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate with the design team, assist with product development, sample tracking, fittings, costings, and seasonal collections. This role requires experience in product development, knowledge of garment construction and fabrics, strong organisational skills, and effective communication with suppliers.

JUNIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPER

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're hiring a Junior Product Developer to support the development of our product range in order to elevate product quality, consistency, and speed to market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• -Support the end-to-end product development process.
• -Work closely with design to translate ideas into commercially viable products.
• -Lead the development of our Summer 2028 collection.
• -Create, maintain, and update all seasonal overviews.
• -Support the research, development, and approval of all lab dips and strike offs.
• -Support fit sessions.
• -Support the preparation and tracking of samples.
• -Assist with costings.
• -Maintain organisation of the PLM.

REQUIREMENTS:

• -You've worked in product development before.
• -Tech packs and BOMs aren't new to you.
• -Obsessively organised. WIPs, critical paths, product data.
• -You understand garment construction and fabric well enough to hold your own with a supplier.
• -Strong communicator.
• - You care about how things are made, not just how they look.
