YES is a music-led independent venue in the heart of Manchester, serving street food inspired dishes that change with the trends. We’re looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who loves great food, busy nights and leading a team.
This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk job. You’ll be in the thick of it — running the kitchen, keeping standards high, leading your team and making sure the food is as good as the atmosphere.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Sous Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or similar
- Is confident leading a team in a busy kitchen
- Brings energy, personality and a genuinely hands-on approach
- Has experience with Pizza and handling dough
- Cares about great food and wants to put their own stamp on the menu
- Can keep things running smoothly when the venue is packed
