About Yes We Hack
At YesWeHack we’re on a mission: to make the world a safer place by stopping cyber attack breaches leveraging our global Ethical Hackers Network. We're not just another cybersecurity company, we're reshaping the way organizations think about security. As the leading EU-based Bug Bounty platform, our mission is clear: make the world safer by enabling organizations to continuously detect and fix vulnerabilities before attackers can exploit them. Since 2015, we’ve built a global community of ethical hackers (125k+) and connected them with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise businesses around the world.
🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Development Representative (UKI) | Cybersecurity (SaaS)
Location: London (Hybrid/Remote options available). We’re a team of 15+ employees in the UK. We’re looking for an experienced Senior SDR to help us grow our footprint across the UK & Ireland.
🔍 About the Role
As a Senior SDR, you’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative Sales team with deep expertise in consultative, cybersecurity-focused selling. You’ll work closely with our Senior Account Executives, who are laser-focused on complex, high-value deals. Your mission is to open doors, start strategic conversations, and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. This is not your typical SDR role. You’ll be given the autonomy and ownership to run your territory, build lasting relationships, and drive real business impact. For high performers, this is also a fast-track role toward a full Account Executive position within 18–24 months, especially if you master our Bug Bounty consultative sales methodology.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the early-stage sales funnel: generate qualified meetings via inbound & outbound channels
- Map key accounts, build relationships, and identify opportunities across industries
- Educate and evangelize the Bug Bounty model with CISOs, Heads of Security, and senior decision-makers
- Work hand-in-hand with our Senior AEs on deal strategy, handoff, and account nurturing
- Represent YesWeHack at key events and industry meetups across the UKI region
- Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Gen to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Ensure clean CRM reporting and forecasting of your sales activity and pipeline
- Be a trusted advisor: help prospects understand how bug bounty can scale their security programs
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience in a SDR / business development or sales role, ideally within SaaS and Cybersecurity
- Proven success in outbound sales and cold outreach to senior stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs, Heads of Security)
- Excellent communication skills, strong consultative selling approach
- Confidence navigating complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and highly organized
- Native/fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
đź’ˇ Why Join YesWeHack?
- Work with a team of industry experts passionate about ethical hacking and next-gen cybersecurity
- Join a fast-growing international company backed by top-tier investors
- Play a key role in expanding our presence in a strategic region
- Career development path toward Account Executive and beyond
- Dynamic culture, collaborative environment, and a mission that truly matters
