At YesWeHack we’re on a mission: to make the world a better place by stopping cyber attack breaches leveraging our global Ethical Hackers Network. As a Scaleup, we are further expanding into the DACH Markets, and strengthening our teams with passionate sales consultants. We are currently recruiting for an Account Executive DACH Region H/F. This role can either be based in the UK or Germany.
Reporting to the EU Sales Director (London based), you will be in charge of developing a new clients portfolio, in line with our global growth strategy.
Your main missions:
- Approach your client base with a consultative sales methodology
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound opportunities, and close new customers in Europe through high level, value focused conversations
- Act as a trusted advisor to your customers and help them scaling bug bounty model internally to grow your relationships, in coordination with our customer success team
- Manage your own territory as if it were your own business
- Participate in events across the DACH Region
- Ensure strong reporting, pipelining and forecasting
Profile:
- Proven consultative sales experience in high technology (ideally Saas)
- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within organizations of various sizes and industries
- Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close
- Use sales as a teaching opportunity to create value and challenge the customer to think differently
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Teachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
- Fluency in German required
