Yes Care Services is looking for Field Care Supervisors to join our team in St Helens, Sefton & Knowsley.

Salary: £29,000 + mileage allowance

Hours: Full-time

About the Role: As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting both our service users and care teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care is delivered consistently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial visits and assessments for new service users
  • Creating and reviewing personalized care plans
  • Supporting the Care Coordinator with day-to-day operations
  • Carrying out spot checks, observations, and mentoring staff
  • Providing emergency care cover when required
  • Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 6 weekends + 1 weekday night)
