As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting both our service users and care teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care is delivered consistently. Conducting initial visits and assessments for new service users Your responsibilities will include: Creating and reviewing personalized care plans Supporting the Care Coordinator with day-to-day operations Carrying out spot checks, observations, and mentoring staff Providing emergency care cover when required Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weekends + 1 weekday night) What We Offer: Competitive salary + mileage allowance Ongoing training and development Career progression opportunities Supportive and friendly working environment

ooking For:
Experience in the care sector (supervisory experience preferred) NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills A genuine passion for delivering high-quality community care Ready to take the next step in your care career.
