Join Yes Care Services and make a real difference in your community! We are recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to support our Aintree branch, playing a key role in delivering high-quality care and supporting our care teams.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Represent Yes Care Services as the first staff member to visit new Service Users, conducting full assessments of tasks and risks.
- Care Planning: Develop detailed, person-centered care plans to meet individual needs.
- Team Support: Work closely with the office Care Coordinator to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Carry out spot checks, observations, and staff mentoring to uphold the highest care standards.
- Emergency Cover: Provide hands-on care when required, covering for emergencies, short-term needs, and staff absences.
- On-Call Support: Participate in our out-of-hours rota (1 in 4 weekends & 1 night per weekday).
