Experienced Casual Bar Supervisor – YES Manchester

We'relooking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join the team at YES.

With multiple live shows, club nights and events every week, this is an opportunity to work in one of Manchester's busiest live music venues –without committing to fixed weekly hours–simply tell us your monthly availability and we willallocateshifts to suit you.

You'llhelp lead our bar teams through busy services, taking ownership ofhighstandards, serviceand the smooth running of your area.

We'relooking for

  • Previousbar supervisory experience
  • Experience in busy, high-volume hospitality
  • Confidence leading and motivating a team
  • Strong operational standards and attention to detail
  • Someone calm, organised and decisive under pressure
  • Availability for evenings, late nights and weekends

This is a casual role, but there's real opportunity to develop.
