Key Qualifications- Industry experience within the Police, Military, Prison, Fire Service or wider Protective Services sector
- Strong knowledge of Uniformed Protective/Public Services and a passion for inspiring future professionals
- Teaching qualification at Level 5 or above, or willingness to work towards one
- Proven ability to motivate learners and support outstanding student achievement and progression
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Organised, proactive and able to manage workloads effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident, adaptable and able to respond positively to challenging situations
- High expectations of yourself and your learners, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality teaching and learning
