Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of a range of sports and a passion for inspiring future professionals
- Teaching qualification at Level 5 or above, or willingness to work towards one
- Proven ability to motivate learners and support outstanding student achievement and progression
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Organised, proactive and able to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident, adaptable and able to respond positively to challenging situations

Responsibilities
- As Study Programme Manager, you will lead and develop our sport study programmes, driving outstanding learner achievement, progression and employability outcomes while ensuring an exceptional student experience.
- You will also take a leading role in strengthening our Football Development and Performance Programme, creating innovative opportunities that connect education with the professional sports industry.
- Working within a supportive and forward-thinking college environment, you will influence curriculum development, build valuable employer partnerships and inspire learners to achieve beyond their expectations.
