Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of a range of sports and a passion for inspiring future professionals
  • Teaching qualification at Level 5 or above, or willingness to work towards one
  • Proven ability to motivate learners and support outstanding student achievement and progression

Responsibilities

  • As Study Programme Manager, you will lead and develop our sport study programmes, driving outstanding learner achievement, progression and employability outcomes while ensuring an exceptional student experience.
  • You will also take a leading role in strengthening our Football Development and Performance Programme, creating innovative opportunities that connect education with the professional sports industry.
  • Working within a supportive and forward-thinking college environment, you will influence curriculum development, build valuable employer partnerships and inspire learners to achieve beyond their expectations.
