We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Lecturer to deliver engaging lessons across Levels 1, 2 and 3, helping learners develop the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to succeed. As part of our supportive team, you'll deliver high-quality teaching that brings Health and Social Care to life, using our outstanding industry-standard facilities, including a fully equipped hospital ward, an Anatomage Table and realistic home care environments. You'll also contribute to curriculum development, student recruitment, enrichment activities and employer engagement, while promoting equality and diversity in everything you do.

- Experience teaching or training in Health and Social Care (or relevant industry experience), with a passion for developing learners.
- A relevant degree and a teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Ability to develop engaging learning resources and deliver innovative, inclusive teaching.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, resilient and flexible approach.
- Confident using classroom technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- High expectations of yourself and your learners, with a commitment to equality, diversity and student success.
Full time position, 37 hours per week, all year round.
