Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day operation of designated workshops, ensuring they are safe, well‑equipped and ready for learning.
- Demonstrate, instruct and assess practical skills in line with awarding body standards.
- Maintain equipment, manage consumable stock and ordering, and keep training documentation up to date.
- Lead health and safety compliance within workshop areas and perform associated administrative duties.
- Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports individual learner needs.
- Contribute to departmental marketing and events and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, employers and external partners.
- Assist students in developing the skills and confidence needed for successful careers in the creative industries.

- Industry experience working within the creative sector.
