In this rewarding role, you will deliver outstanding careers information, advice and guidance while driving the coordination of meaningful work experience and industry placements for full-time learners. Working at the heart of our innovative Employer Engagement department, you'll build and sustain strong partnerships with employers, ensuring placements are engaging, well-managed and aligned to curriculum goals. You'll embed employability and career education into the learner journey, maintain a rich and relevant bank of careers resources, and support progression into further study, apprenticeships and employment. With a strong focus on inclusion, you will provide tailored support to ensure all learners are provided with high-quality placements. Operating in line with the National Careers Strategy and Gatsby Benchmarks, you will contribute to strategic priorities while delivering a high-impact, forward-thinking service that makes a real difference every day. Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with students, staff and external partners.
- A confident presenter, ideally with experience delivering talks, workshops and careers sessions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with curriculum teams and external stakeholders, including schools, universities and careers services.
- Grade 4 qualification in English and Maths, or equivalent.
- A highly collaborative team player.
- Able to work effectively to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Full driving licence and access to car.
- Completion of DBS checks through uCheck as required.
