Responsibilities

  • Deliver top‑tier customer service and bespoke training solutions to employers in sectors like Construction, Engineering, and Health.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key employers, ensuring their training needs are met and driving the college’s growth and profitability.
  • Manage accounts to provide a smooth and impactful experience from learner onboarding through to the delivery of tailored training programmes.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to exceed targets for Apprenticeships, Adult Skills Fund, and commercial training solutions.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focussed environment.
  • Proven relationship and account management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in business development/account management and the ability to communicate effectively at a senior level.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong awareness of the importance of first‑class internal and external customer care.
  • Grade 4 qualification in English and Maths, or equivalent.
  • A highly collaborative team player.
  • Full driving licence and access to car.
