We’re looking for a **part-time Business Support & Compliance Administrator,** working **28 hours per week,** all year round to support IT Services, Health and Safety, Compliance and **Executive Support,** helping to keep systems, processes and operations running smoothly. **Apply now** and play your part in supporting the success of **Yeovil College.**This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality **administrative support** across a range of key College functions, working closely with the Senior Project and Executive Support Officer to **coordinate** planned activities and respond to **changing priorities.** You will **support** IT Services **administration,** including maintaining records, asset registers and documentation, assisting with procurement, supporting the IT helpdesk and **coordinating** supplier and contractor activity. You will also contribute to Health and Safety and **compliance** processes by maintaining accurate records, supporting audits and inspections, tracking actions and assisting with **GDPR** and data protection activities.
