Yeovil College is seeking a skilled and inspiring Teaching and Learning Development Coach to help drive outstanding teaching across our thriving learning community. Through proactive coaching and collaboration, you’ll raise achievement rates, embed excellence in teaching, learning and assessment, and lead digital pedagogy innovation. What we’re looking for:
- Proven recent experience contributing to the success of a high-performing coaching team
- PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent teaching qualification, alongside Assessor and/or IQA qualifications
- Experienced in mentoring or supporting colleagues, with a motivational and encouraging approach
- Committed to excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment, with a strong drive to develop and support outstanding educators
- Outstanding communication and organisational abilities, with a clear, professional approach to managing priorities
- Strong team player with a collaborative and solution-focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
