In this impactful role, you will coordinate a work‑based programme tailored to the strengths, interests, and aspirations of young people with learning disabilities. You will identify internship opportunities, deliver a bespoke employability curriculum, integrating Maths, English, and job coaching techniques, and collaborate with local employers to create meaningful career pathways. You will also work closely with learners, families, and support services to develop personalised employment plans, assess progress, ensure appropriate workplace adjustments, and support the development of essential life and workplace skills. By fostering strong employer links and referring learners to appropriate external support services, you will play a key role in shaping brighter, more independent futures.

Qualifications & Experience- Previous experience of working in a teaching or coaching setting.
- Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent] or willingness to achieve.

- Experience in leading a team and fostering a supportive work environment.
- Annual salary: £26,864 to £32,114.
