In this varied and rewarding role, you\\\’ll lead the day-to-day supervision of the Student Support Team, overseeing areas such as the Duke of Edinburgh & Enrichment programme, counselling support, and student mentoring. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you\\\’ll also carry your own caseload of students in a mentoring or counselling role, ensuring every learner feels supported and heard. From coordinating rotas and supervising team meetings to delivering workshops, promoting equality and diversity, and engaging with the College\\\’s strategic aims, you\\\’ll play a key part in shaping the student journey.
