This is a brand-new role with the opportunity to build our new Performing Arts and Festival Production curriculum from the ground up, ahead of the opening of our flagship new building. With state-of-the-art facilities putting Yeovil College firmly back on the map for Performing Arts, this is a chance to create something exciting, relevant and industry-focused from day one. As our Performing Arts and Production Arts Study Programme Manager, you'll lead the development of new study programmes across areas such as Dance, Music, Drama, Acting, Directing, Sound, Lighting, Staging, Audio-Visual, Props and Set Design. You'll work with employers, creative organisations and industry partners to understand emerging skills needs and turn them into engaging, commercially viable curriculum. Alongside curriculum development, you'll build strong industry networks, organise employer engagement events and ensure our programmes deliver the skills and experience students need to progress into the creative industries.
