You'll also contribute to curriculum development, student recruitment, enrichment activities and employer engagement, while promoting equality, diversity in everything you do. What we'relooking for: Experience teaching or training in Health and Social Care (or relevant industry experience), with a passion for developing learners. A relevant degree and a teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Experience supporting, tutoring and assessing learners, including tracking progress and setting targets. Ability to develop engaging learning resources and deliver innovative, inclusive teaching. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative team player with a positive, resilient and flexible approach. Confident using classroom technology to enhance teaching and learning. High expectations of yourself and your learners, with a commitment to equality, diversity and student success.
