What w e're l ooking f or: Industry expertise in Professional Cookery or Catering, with a relevant qualification up to Level 3 and knowledge of current industry practices. Teaching experience across a range of courses and levels, with a passion for engaging learners and achieving great outcomes. A commitment to learner success, with experience in tutoring, supporting SEND and high-needs learners, and tracking progress through target setting and assessment. A creative approach to learning, with the ability to develop flexible resources, engaging lessons and use digital technology to enhance the learner experience. The right qualifications – GCSE English and Maths at grade A–C (or equivalent), a teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one. An assessor qualification is desirable. A positive, organised team player with strong communication skills, high expectations , initiative and the flexibility to support learners and colleagues.
