We're hiring a University Centre Data and Compliance Administrator at Yeovil College! Yeovil College is looking for a highly organised and detail - focused University Centre Data and Compliance Administrator to join our successful team. You'll coordinate key processes across the student lifecycle , from admissions and enrolments through to exam boards, placements, results and graduate outcomes, ensuring everything is accurate , efficient and compliant with sector regulations, partner university requirements and College policies . You'll compile and analyse data for reporting , work closely with university partners and external organisations, and provide a high-quality service to students and staff. What w e're l ooking f or:
Previous administrative experience , idea lly within the education sector, with a strong understanding of data protection and compliance.
Excellent organisation and attention to detai l , with the ability to manage complex processes, competing priorities and peaks in workload.
Strong data, numeracy and IT skills , including confident use of Microsoft Office and the ability to analyse and report on information accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the confidence to work with students, staff, universities and external stakeholders.
A professional, proactive and flexible approach , wi th strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths, pl us a degree or relevant professional qualification alongside significant professional experience.

Annual Salary: Β£2 7,594
Full-time position, 3 7 hours per week , all year round
