Responsibilities

  • Craft dynamic lesson plans and innovative assessment strategies that cater to diverse learning styles in an inclusive and engaging environment.
  • Shape the curriculum, contribute to development of new resources, and participate in curriculum meetings and projects.
  • Inspire and guide students through recruitment and induction activities, and provide ongoing assessments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and development.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of delivering GCSE and / or Functional Skills Maths.
  • Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
  • Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
  • The ability to work successfully within a team.
  • A passion for teaching and learning.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
