Responsibilities
- Craft dynamic lesson plans and innovative assessment strategies that cater to diverse learning styles in an inclusive and engaging environment.
- Shape the curriculum, contribute to development of new resources, and participate in curriculum meetings and projects.
- Inspire and guide students through recruitment and induction activities, and provide ongoing assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and development.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of delivering GCSE and / or Functional Skills Maths.
- Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
- Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
- The ability to work successfully within a team.
- A passion for teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
