curriculum delivery
and
supporting your team

monitoring
student outcomes, driving quality
improvement
and
developing new opportunities for growth

you'll

You'll
work closely with the Head of Faculty to shape the direction of
Hair
and
Beauty,
strengthen progression
pathways
and ensure the provision continues to meet the needs of students and
industry
.

or: Experience in
curriculum

other management

Knowledge of
vocational ,
technical and apprenticeship provision
, with recent industry experience in Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy.
A relevant
Level 3 qualification
and
Level 5 teaching qualification
, alongside Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).
A strong focus on
putting learners first
, with an interest in developing teaching, learning and the student experience.
Confident using
data and insight
to
monitor
performance
,
identify
improvements and support decision-making.
A
resilient,
approachable
and supportive leader
who can influence others, build strong
relationships
