Role Overview

As the Study Programme Manager for Health and Social Care, you\’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey for our Level 2 and Level 3 students, ensuring they receive top-quality education and support. You\’ll oversee course delivery, work closely with tutors to track student progress, and ensure learning plans are tailored to meet individual needs. You will be the lead in managing course materials, ensure compliance with awarding body standards, and lead quality reviews to drive continuous improvement. You\’ll also coordinate enriching activities and trips, enhancing the student experience and helping students achieve their potential. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years industry or relevant teacher training experience.
  • A passion for teaching and inspiring learners.
  • Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
  • The ability to work successfully within a team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A relevant degree and teaching qualification.
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle required.
