In this role, youll work within a passionate team ofspecialistteachers and professionals delivering trauma-informed teaching to learners withspecial educational needsanddisabilities. Youll plan and deliver inclusive lessons, tailorsupportto individual needs, contribute to resources, enrichment, wellbeing, and awarding body requirements, and work closely with Local Authorities and other partners to meetEHCPoutcomes. What we\’re looking for:
- Experience of teaching students with SEND in either mainstream school, college or a specialist provision
- A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
- Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- An empathic approach to teaching ad confidence to deal with challenging situations.
