You'll lead on curriculum planning and delivery, support and develop colleagues, and use data and insight to drive improvements in attendance, retention, achievement and progression. You'll also oversee quality and complianceacross the provision, including awarding body requirements, assessment, internal verification, learner data and quality improvement activity. Alongside this, you'll play an important role in developing the curriculum,supporting growth, strengthening employer and progression opportunities and contributing to the wider direction of the faculty.
