In this role, youll take real ownership of a caseload ofplumbingandheating apprentices, guiding them from induction to qualification and beyond. Youll use yourtrade experienceto deliver high-qualitytrainingand assessment in the workplace, build trusted relationships with employers, and giveapprenticesthe confidence, skills and support they need to succeed. From agreeing learning programmes and booking End Point Assessments to supportingGas Saferegistration, youll be right at the heart of their journey. Youll also play a key part in keeping standards highmaintaining accurate records, contributing to quality assurance, internal verification and standardisation. What we're looking for:

• Previous practical experience in plumbing and heating installation.
• Relevant Level 3 trade qualification.
• A relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
• Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
• The ability to work successfully within a team.
• Proven skills at developing relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
