As an IT Technician Apprentice, youll be the first point of contact for staff and customers needing IT support, helping to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions through our helpdesk service.
Youll combine your growing technical skills with excellent customer service, making sure people feel supported and their IT issues are resolved efficiently.

- Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Windows desktop PCs.
