This is afull-time, split role, where half your hours will be spent as a Sport and Uniformed Protective Services Lecturer, and half of your role as a Sport Assistant. A genuine passion for sport and working with young people, with experience in a sports-related environment and a commitment to promoting health, fitness and wellbeing. Strong subject knowledge, supported by a Level 3+ Sport qualification and ideally a degree in Sport, Sport Science, Coaching, Strength & Conditioning or a related discipline. Experience of teaching, coaching or delivering Sport or Uniformed Services would be an advantage, but were equally keen to hear from those ready to take their first step into teaching. Committed to your own professional development, with a willingness to work towards a Level 5 teaching qualification and other relevant qualifications, including Gym/Fitness Instructing and Duke of Edinburghs Award Expedition Skills, where required. Full-time position, 37 hours per week,all year round.
