Right now, we’re looking for a hands‑on, reliable Skilled Operator to join our Production Team at our Cannington facility. As a key player in the production process, you’ll be responsible for the accurate preparation and packing of our product—the critical base of our product line. Your role will involve operating mixing equipment, monitoring quality standards, maintaining hygiene protocols, and ensuring efficient, on‑time supply to downstream production.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain milk mixing systems and associated equipment
  • Accurately follow mixing recipes and production schedules
  • Conduct routine quality checks and maintain batch records
  • Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and general plant support
