Lead the development and enhancement of Kit and Equipment performance through the creation of advanced asset care and improvement programs. Provide specialist knowledge, technical expertise and insight to support new and current technologies employed at YV.
Your responsibilities:
- Demonstratable commitment to people and food safety through actively managing own work and the work of others in line with legislative, company and working procedures.
- Lead in the development and delivery of reliability focused asset care for our kit and equipment.

Essential:
- Apprenticeship or equivalent level of training in multiple engineering disciplines (Mechanical & Electrical).
- Higher learning qualification in Engineering discipline.
- Demonstratable application of engineering knowledge.
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Developed knowledge and understanding of enhanced asset care.
- Demonstratable capability in the application of advanced fault finding techniques.
- Developed knowledge and application of RCM.
- Understanding of OEE and the impact of engineering.
- Ability to develop knowledge in self and others.
Desirable:
- Project management experience.
- Experience of working with automated equipment.
- Knowledge of best practice in asset care.
- Coaching & Mentoring.
