Yeomans Mazda Worthing are looking for a Sales Executive to join our busy team in our stateâofâtheâart showroom.
Responsibilities
- Sell the maximum number of new and used vehicles via an effective sales process, achieving the best profit for the business.
- Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
- Maintain showroom and displays to the required Mazda standard.
- Prospect for new and used car customers on a regular basis to create additional sales opportunities.
- Follow precisely and consistently the sales process.
- Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers, ensuring a full briefing on vehicle operation and controls.
- Introduce customers to Aftersales staff so they are aware of facilities and procedures using a followâup process.
- Maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to sustain relationships for potential repeat business.
- Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors.
- Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept accurately and comprehensively.
- Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales penetration and take part in onâ and offâsite promotions run by the department.
Qualifications
- Professionalism, selfâmotivation and good interpersonal skills are essential.
- A full driving licence is required, and ideally at least 5 years of sales experience in a similar role.
